Akatharta est le nom du nouveau projet Funeral Doom Metal / Drone formé par Kam Lee (Massacre, The Grotesquery, ex-Death, ex-Mantas) avec Travis Ruvo (Among the Decayed, Echelon) et Aaron Whitsell (Cropsy Maniac).
Un premier album nommé « Spiritus Immundus » verra le jour le 23 juin prochain chez Pulverised Records.
Dennis "DerClint" Israel (Amon Amarth, Misery Index, 3 Inches Of Blood, etc) s'est chargé du mastering.
L'artwork (ci-dessous) a été réalisé par Irwan Ironworx (Bone Gnawer, Deathevoker, etc).
